Grosse Ile High School was judged among the Best High Schools in America in 2013 by Newsweek magazine.
This is the third consecutive year that Grosse Ile High School has placed in the top 1000 High Schools nationally.
With a 96+ percent graduation rate (Top Ten in Michigan) and 93+ percent college matriculation rate as strong contributors, Grosse Ile High School was the only Downriver-area School recognized. It placed among the top 5 high schools in Wayne County and the very best in southeastern Michigan.
