Centennial Farm

The picturesque 32-acre Centennial Farm complex provides:

Equestrian Center. The riding facilities include indoor stalls for horse boarding, indoor and outdoor arenas, and outdoor exercise areas; a bridle trail encompasses the complex and leads into a larger Open Space property. The professionally-managed Facility offers care, training and lessons.

Activity Areas. The Centennial Farm complex contains for citizen use:

• A picnic pavilion;
• A barrier-free playground;
• Dog park. This is a fenced, off-leash park with water provided;
• Butterfly and herb garden(s), a nature pond, and trails to extensive Open Space.

Recreation Building. This 4,800 square foot structure houses meeting/activity rooms for community use or rental. It is outfitted with a kitchen, storage area, restrooms, and a 24-hour accessible restroom. A large paved parking lot is available, providing ample parking for your special event.

Grosse Ile Animal Shelter. Our community Animal Shelter is located near the recreation building...Visitors are welcome to stop by and take home a new friend!
